Trainees must
Speak English at an intermediate-advanced level
Have a thorough knowledge of the Romanian language and the ability to write academic texts
Participate in weekly trainings, workshops and visits to Embassies
Have an analytical spirit and a willingness to gather as much knowledge as possible
